Amdocs has announced a new managed services agreement with Cellcom Israel to manage the day-to-day IT operations and application development and maintenance in support of the service provider's billing, customer care and ordering operations.

On 1 August, Belgium's Belgacom will lower its rate for calls from fixed lines to mobile numbers. This is a result of the lowering of the mobile termination rates (MTR), conform to the decision of the regulator (BIPT) of 29 June 2010.
